Jeanne founded Acceles in 2000 to help businesses find a better way to get the business intelligence they need. As a Oracle Certified Consultant and Business Intelligence/Enterprise Performance Management (BI/EPM) expert, she brings over 30 years of experience with a multitude of industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, and higher education. Before venturing off to start her own company, Jeanne worked with Hyperion for more than 20 years, specializing in consolidations, financial management, and executive level project management. After consulting with Acceles clients on BI/EPM products for over a decade, she is now lending her deep knowledge and impressive network to our team as our Chief Strategy Advisor.

Natasha has over 16 years of experience with BI/EPM systems and was formerly a Lead Consultant for Hyperion Solutions. Prior to that, she worked in finance and accounting roles with several financial services and hospitality institutions, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, FINOVA Capital Corporation, and First Interstate Bancorp/Wells Fargo. Natasha is an Oracle Certified Professional in both Essbase and Planning, with hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying complex financial analysis and budgeting applications across a wide range of industries. Natasha’s EPM experience complements her well-rounded education, including a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Arizona State University, an MBA from Indiana University, and a Master of Global Management degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Tom knew from an early age that he had a passion for financial reporting and software. He studied accounting and information technology at Western Michigan University before starting his BI/EPM career. From there, he worked with Hyperion Solutions for ten years as a Product Consultant and Pre-Sales Consultant, implementing financial consolidation applications for several Fortune 500 companies around the world. Tom then joined the Acceles team in 2003. Since then, he became an Oracle Certified Consultant and has been responsible for managing partner relationships, overseeing the Southwest region, and providing our clients with tremendous leadership and insight.

Steve has over 20 years of consulting experience in financial consolidation and reporting solutions. He studied accounting at the University of Missouri at Columbia before going on to work with some of the biggest names in energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and more. His accounting experience and system knowledge give him a keen ability to improve system performance and accounting efficiencies. As an Oracle Certified Consultant, Steve is known as an expert in BI/EPM system performance and redesigning applications that significantly reduce processing time. He also has an impressive knowledge of foreign currency and cash flow, which allows him to design systems that analyze cash flow like no other.
